10229 W. Melvina Street
A classic weather edge lannon stone ranch that was completely renovated from top to bottom. The home itself was built in 1955 and when FIG originally purchased the property, it didn’t appear that a whole lot had been changed since it was originally constructed.
The scope of this project was extensive; the kitchen and upstairs bathroom were gutted and the basement was finished to provide an additional living space to the new owner. White cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops were ultimately installed in the kitchen. A new tile floor, subway tile surround, and a beautiful new vanity gave a completely redesigned look to a bathroom that was much in need of an update. In addition to freshly painted walls and trim, FIG installed hardwood floors throughout the main floor and installed brand new, energy efficient windows.
